Delete your Kantus account

From the app

• Open Kantus and go to your profile, then Settings.
• Tap Delete account and confirm twice.
• If you signed in with Apple, iOS asks you to confirm with your Apple ID once more, so that we can revoke Kantus's access to it.

The deletion happens at once and cannot be undone.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, write to support@kantus.it from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile and everything in it.
• Your posts, pieces, performances, comments, likes and saves.
• The messages and proposals you sent.
• Every file you uploaded: photos, audio, scores and programmes.
• Your sign-in details and the push tokens of your devices.

What is kept

• Reports about content are kept for as long as we need them to handle the case and defend against legal claims, then deleted.
• Security logs held by our hosting provider expire within a few days.
